Ans: My biggest strength are good communication skills, patience and ability to remain calm and work in a stressful environment.

Ans: Sometimes I try to make my work too perfect but recently I have improved time management.

Ans: Firstly, I listen to the customers concern patiently, remain calm and try to solve the problems immediately.

Ans: Firstly, I will set the priorities and serve everyone in an organized manner and ask assistance from co-workers if needed.

Welcoming customer respectfylly, providing service as fast as I can and fulfulling their needs

Ans: I will apologize to the customer,  understand their problem, co-ordinate with the manager and provide appropriate solution.

Ans: Yes, I can. Even during busy time I try to be calm and work efficiently.

Ans: Listening to the customers order properly, asking twice so that no mistake is done and provide the order to the kitchen properly.  

14. How should we talk with the customer?

Ans: We should always talk to the customer politely, respectfully and confidently. We should listen to their needs carefully.

15. What will you do if you make a mistake?

Ans: I will admit my mistake, apologize and make sure I will not repeat the mistake  again.

16. Why do you think some of the customer complains too much ?

Ans: Their demands and requirements aren’t met that’s why they complains too much. So, we should pay attention to their needs.

Ans: Yes, I can. As for this work it is necessary so, I am mentally prepared and ready for this.

Ans: I will help the customer as much as I can under company’s rules and regulations.
